Why Marine Industry.org?
After 22 years as a marine dealer and boat manufacturer I feel that our industry is segmented and few meaningful connections exist for the sharing of knowledge, ideas and concerns. I also feel the various strata within the industry have little or no communication other than top down.
I created and personally fund this website in the hope that marine industry professionals will take advantage of the powerful social tools the site offers to communicate and connect with others. By doing this we can become a more evolved industry better equipped to compete for consumers recreational dollars.
