Please feel free to use the logo. I wasn't sure how to send you a logo idea. Thank you.
I am excited to talk about new innovative technology, but I don't know anything about mermaids.

Hi Ben, would you like to make this the groups icon?

nice! I am very excited to have this source to chat with all my marine contacts. Understandably, many corporate polices prohibit the use of these sites on work e-mails but I am sending out to as many personal accounts as possible - very excited to see my friends in South Africa are getting involved and I'm hoping for Canada and the islands as well. I appreciate the constantly improving mantra - if you are not re-inventing, someone else is replacing!

of course you can, I am happy to share my experience with others in the industry! Members here have to realize that we are all neighbors and the world is shrinking everyday... IF you are a true innovator, what you tell others is old news because you are constantly improving... and in my case it's 24/7... artist prefers to remain nameless... publicity can be a bad thing too! lol

I like your attitude! Can I quote you on that?

p.s. I don't mind the art - just curious as to it's artist

In my stores we use the down market to our advantage... Our market share is up, our sales are up and we pay no attention to the economy... people still have the desire to enjoy boating... one trick is being better at finding them. The other is to play into it... imagine a buyer comes in your showroom and starts talking about how bad the economy is... we play into it and say... "yeah it sure is bad", that's why everything is at or below cost... there's no better time to buy!.. and if you would like another image for the group please send it to me and I'll post it... lol

Who drew this picture of the dude dreaming of the mermaid?
Is this supposed to reflect the way consultants spend their day?

I recently was at an excellent workshop and a great point was made:
"there is THE economy and there is YOUR economy"
I believe if you do not make this distinction, the two will become one in the same. What can be done to differentiate YOUR economy in these times?
* Limit your news intake
* Look for the opportunity in each situation
* Remind yourself that some people make a killing in down markets
What do you think helps?
