Hi Jim - I have sent many clients to State Farm agents for loans. For the past 2 years I've heard many great things from them like stated income loans and low down payments. Here's what everyone needs to know about them. They don't pay refferal fee's, your customer needs or should work with an agent direct becuase they don't like middle man in the mix. They do not know alot about the rec. loan bus. so you need to have your client have everything a UW would need. A copy of the NADA value helps. They look at NADA as the bible for value nothing else.
