How to upload an adobe (pdf), word (doc) or excel (xls) spreadsheet.

Simply hover your mouse over the DISCUSSIONS tab at the top of the page and select ADD A DISCUSSION.

Then give your discussion a title and describe your uploaded document(s) in the body of the discussion.

Then attach up to 3 documents to the discussion and save it. Your documents will be automatically uploaded.

You can copy the URL of the discussion once its saved and create a link in a text box on your "MY PAGE"
